One of professional wrestling's biggest names is allegedly adding a new job title to his resume: guest star on The Flash.
Bill Goldberg, who's best known for his career in both World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), responded to a fan's tweet on Sunday inquiring about the potential trivia factoid that he'd be guest-appearing on The Flash within the current season.
According to Goldberg, he'll be starring in not just one, but two episodes, and added that he decided to appear on the series for his son, Gage:
At this time, no official casting announcement has been made from the CW's camp, and we don't know who Goldberg will be playing on The Flash, but a two-episode arc definitely sounds promising in terms of a potential character storyline.
Goldberg joins a line-up of wrestling talents who have already made appearances on The CW's superhero shows over the years, including Adam "Edge" Copeland as Atom Smasher on The Flash, Cody Rhodes as drug dealer Derek Sampson on Arrow, and Eve Torres as Maxima on Supergirl.
