X-Men: Days of Future Past writer Simon Kinberg adressed the Quicksilver controversy, and whether we'll see his twin sister, Scarlet Witch, in the next X-flick.

In an interview with Total Film, Kinberg commented on their decision to add the fast-as-lightning mutant -- played by American Horror Story’s Evan Peters -- in Days of Future Past whilst the Marvel speedster is also set to make his debut in next year's Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Kinberg also confirmed that Quicksilver will also appear in the next X-Men movie on Fox’s roster: X-Men: Apocalypse.

But what about his sister, Scarlet Witch?

Here’s what Kinberg had to say:

X-Men: Days of Future Past will hit theaters on May 23.
