“The zombie apocalypse is here.” Even though the movie is set to open in less than 2 weeks, Sony Pictures/Screen Gems has unleashed a brand-new trailer for their upcoming movie Pride and Prejudice and Zombies.

Author Seth Grahame-Smith’s cool twist on Jane Austen’s classic novel Pride and Prejudice, about the complex relationships between lovers of different classes in 19th Century England, gets a whole lot more complicated by the arrival of a violent zombie outbreak.

P&P&Z centers around badass martial artist and weapons expert Elizabeth "Lizzy" Bennet (Lily James) and her equally badass sisters Lydia (Ellie Bamber), Mary (Millie Brady), Jane (Bella Heathcote), and Kitty (Suki Waterhouse). Lizzy and trained zombie-slayer Mr. Darcy (Sam Riley) must unite and cast aside personal and social prejudices in order to take to the bloody battlefield and rid the land of this zombie plague once and for all -- all the while discovering the depth of their true feelings for one another.

Check out the new trailer:

They've definitely amped up the violence quite a bit on this one; in a good, zombie-killing way. And I just love how the Bennet sisters are packing some serious ammo underneath those Regency gowns.

Penned and directed by Burr Steers, the movie stars Lily James, Sam Riley, Jack Huston, Bella Heathcote, Douglas Booth, Matt Smith, Charles Dance, and Lena Headey.

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies opens in movie theaters on Feb. 5.
