Frankie Adams

A New Zealand actress, Frankie Adams was a 17-year-old schoolgirl one day and an actress the next when she signed on to play a stubborn teenager on New Zealand's top medical series, Shortland Street. She won multiple NZ awards for this role, including Sexiest Woman of the Year.

Since wrapping the series, Frankie has landed roles on the Australian TV series Wentworth, along with playing the lead role as a downtrodden solo Samoan mother in the feature film, 1000 Ropes. She's also worked with Weta Workshop in Wellington and graced the stage as an ensemble member of Puzzy, New Zealand's top Playwrights new play, which garnered rave reviews.

A keen sportsperson, Frankie enjoys playing netball, boxing and basketball.
