Josh is sick as a dog. Is he going to die like one too?
Dana picked up an anesthetic from the care facility — she wants to use it to put Josh into a medically induced coma
In other words, sweet dreams there, Joshy boy.
Meanwhile, remember that Seattle reporter Audrene whom Josh saw on camera? She’s now being coerced by a couple of Gone Rogues (GRs) into seeing this doctor here.
While scouring the town for tetracycline for his dad, Matt encounters a woman, Sarah, who is trying to hang herself.
Matt rescues Sarah from sure death, and the two fall to the ground. Let’s hope there are still tic-tacs in the end of days…
After leaving a drugstore looking for tetra, Brianna runs into a couple of thugs. Everybody’s making friends.
And while looking for tetra, Karen makes some new friends in town who are sucked up into a giant wormhole that appears in the sky.
Josh awakens, and he isn’t too happy. Maybe he needs some coffee? Anyway, he throws Dana to the floor, knocking her out.
Turns out Sarah, the girl whose life Matt saved, has been keeping a cache of tetra around. Doing good IS worth your time.
Brianna convinced her captors to take her to the house her family has annexed, telling them that there are drugs in it. She didn’t expect Matt and his new friend Sarah to be there as well.
Josh, raving mad, is taken to see the doctor by the same thugs as before. Unlike Audrene, however, Josh really is sick.
With a gun to his head, Josh starts muttering, “The one is many, but the many are one” over and over again. Funny, that’s exactly the same phrase Audrene kept hearing in her head. But what does it mean?
The gang has taken Brianna hostage, holding out for some of that tetra that Sarah brought to Matt.
And when the white wormhole returns to hoover up some more riffraff, Josh and Audrene make their escape.
Surprise! Sarah comes up the rear, and shoots one of the thugs in the arm.
Karen has to come home to THIS? After all she’s been through?
After breaking away from Audrene, Josh collapses on the ground while looking for his family. Luckily, one of them is there to help him up. And stuff tetra down his gullet.
No such luck for Audrene, who in turn gets spirited away by the white hole in the sky, looking down on us all.
The Family Copeland are reunited, this time with Josh all better thanks to Sarah’s tetra. When Josh hears DJ Moondog utter the same words “many are one,” he packs the family up, and ships them off to find the elusive jockey.
