Surprise, Aidan! Suzanna's back from the 1700s and standing at your front door. We bet he didn't see this coming. He invites her in but she can't cross the threshold making it horrifically aparent to Aidan that Suzanna's been turned into the very thing he hates being-- a vampire.

Meanwhile, Sally's still reveling in her new found indepence from Donna's icy hold. She skips over to Donna's old lair to see what became of the joint and finds Donna's book of spells--or did the book find her? Either way, Sally's too happy to think too much what it all means. She's just happy that she can FINALLY hold a tangible object--and a book of magic spells just sweetens the pot.

Pumped about her magical find, Sally interrupts Aidan as he's having a heart to heart with Suzanna, who he introduces as an old friend. Subtle Aidan...realll, subtle.
26009
Sally makes Nora an offer that most girls could probably refuse...use her menstrual blood to help concoct a spell to help get human Josh back. Oh and if Nora was thinking about giving Sally no for an answer, Aidan revels that he can smell her ...er, time of the month from a foot away. Awwwwkward.

On to the three-way séance. Aidan, Nora and a newly empowered Sally collaborate on a dark magic spell to free Josh from his wolf. Sally utters some Latin, Nora pours in her umm...contribution into a kiddie pool and Aidan for his part looks genuninely scared like we've never seen him before.
26005
Because it's black magic, there's a knife involved. Sally failed to mention to Nora and Aidan that in order to complete the spell they'd have to stab Josh's wolf in its heart. Sound easy enough. <sarcasm>
26011
Naturally, Nora can't bring herself to stab her husband, even if he's a snarling, scary ass wolf who might eat her face. Aidan steps in as Josh's beast is about to attack and stabs him/it in the heart. But the spell doesn't seem to be broken--the wolf just seems dead! What gives? And where did Sally vanish too this time?
26012
Later that night as Aidan sits near the wolf's corpse, fearing the worst--that he's killed his best friend -- a hand pops out of the wolf's mouth. Josh, is that you?! We realized that you were inside the wolf, but we just didn't realize that you'd be inside the wolf. Like, literally, inside the wolf. Gross. Togther, Aidan and Nora pull Josh out of his monster's skin, ushering him back to humanity...or something like it.
26013
Although they didn't get a chance to catch up very much, Suzanna did manage to tell Aidan that their son lived a long life and died as a grandfather. But she left out the detail that she actually accidentally killed their son in the woods when her vampire hunger overtook her.
26014
To atone for her accidental sin of killing her only son, Suzanna punishes herself through self-administered whippings. It’s been 200 years, give or take, but Suzanna hasn’t been able to forgive herself and we thought Aidan was a tortured soul.
