Warning: If you don't want to know what happened in this episode, don't read this photo recap!
The Tooth Child, aka Eddie, is trying to get to his brother Mike’s heart…through his mouth.
While pursuing Booth with Amy, Sheriff Gary confronts his two kids about the death of his wife and their mother. It’s a heavy discussion that actually manages to break the spell of Candle Cove.
And speaking of parent-children reconciliations, Mike brings Erica to the spot where Eddie has spirited away Lily.
She probably wasn’t prepared to see this, but we're used it by now.
Mike allows himself to be taken into Candle Cove by the Tooth Child, so that he can go save Lily.
Mike finds himself wandering down a hallway in the strange world that is Candle Cove. What’s behind the door on the left?
These star pupils who are way too eager to learn.
Mike also meets all manner of other welcoming characters. Like red-haired, hay-head over here.
Mike runs into Eddie, who’s made this place his domain. He is king of the hallway.
Marla, searching for her incapacitated son, runs into Booth. And her twisted friend- the hook.
It’s hooking time.
Before Booth can land the final blow, Amy springs into action.
And Marla uses Booth’s own medicine against her. And it’s the kind of medicine that kills you almost instantly.
Before Eddie escapes back into the real world using Mike’s body, Mike challenges his brother to a game of War, an old card game they used to play when they were both alive and young and not caught up in the twisted world of Candle Cove.
Before Marla gets taken to the hospital, she uses what energy she has left to limp over to Mike’s body. She must kill her good son so that her evil one can’t use it as a vessel for doing bad. A mother’s work is never done.
Oh, Eddie. That channel doesn’t play anymore.
But look, Eddie, now you have everything you always wanted- your brother Mike all to yourself forever and ever and ever.
Marla, Erica and Lily carry on as a family of three, safe (as safe as one can be in Iron Hil) from the horrors of Candle Cove.
