Bizarre Love Triangle: Season 4, Episode 4

ChannelZero_Gallery_211Recap_01

WARNING: If you don't want to know what happened in this episode, don't read this photo recap!

Jill and Ian jump right into her training. She wants to know how to control her creations and he is ready to teach. Ian is super into this and calls it a "super power." First up: Make a bunny rabbit.

Well, they can't all be winners. This "bunny" that staggers out of this mini-door is not living its best life. Squeaking and bleating -- and ultimately squelching -- it's a heap of grossness.

Ian mentions that he "made" Jill's dog, and she starts to get her first pang of "huh?" about him. Then she finds her phone, screen cracked and dead on the kitchen table. She's got some thinking to do about creepy neighbor. So as she stands on the deck, looking at the horizon, Tall Boy appears behind her from a side door. Jesus, look behind you, Jill!

Jill gets an odd feeling and circles the house. She does not find Tall Boy, but instead opens a cabinet that contains a miniature version of her dog. Is this the stuffed doll she had as a child? Something else? Jill gets the heebie-jeebies. She is beginning to realize that her creepy neighbor is creepy.

Tom is using his me-time to sneak around Ian's house. In the basement he finds a whole lot of doors, and boxes filled with failed, half-creations of birds, dogs and more.

What's the "more" that Tom finds in Ian's basement? Oh, just a huge cache of photos of Jill throughout her life. Stalker style.

408967

Jill asks to go home, so Ian takes her back. As they pull into his driveway, they both notice someone in his house. It's Tom, and he quickly confronts Ian about his stash of Jill stuff. She gets it, and says to Ian:  "I know who you are." Creepy neighbor = creepy half-brother.

ChannelZero_Gallery_211Recap_08
408968

Ian admits to being her half-brother, and says that everything he has done is for Jill. He's super eager and excited to show them what's in the garage. Great! What is it? Oh, dead dad being nibbled on by lots of dogs. Gag.

ChannelZero_Gallery_211Recap_09
408969

Ian says that it's up to Jill what happens next. She asks for a phone and calls the police. Thank God!

ChannelZero_Gallery_211Recap_10
408970

Ian does not fight -- and waves off Tall Boy -- choosing instead to confess to police. He takes the blame for all of the murders. Why is there a lingering fear? Is he still up to something? He does not break eye contact with Jill as he confesses and is led away.

408971

Tom chooses this moment to say that he wants a family with Jill. Seems like a good time, right? She probably agrees because they start making out. Nothing like your dad's corpse and a psycho half-brother to get things going.

ChannelZero_Gallery_211Recap_12
408972

During sex with Tom, Jill somehow creates another door. This time it's in the middle of the wall and horizontal. Jesus, what's going to be behind this one?

ChannelZero_Gallery_211Recap_13
408973

Holy please no… It's like a half-human, pig-like maybe baby thing? Why? This is awful. Why aren't Tom and Jill completely freaked out?

ChannelZero_Gallery_211Recap_14
408974

OK, Tom is freaked out. Jill is not -- she lovingly cradles the non-baby.

ChannelZero_Gallery_211Recap_15
408975

The cops are outrageously clueless and rude -- having a conversation about how ugly some passerby is. Turns out the passerby is Tall Boy, and he's not passing by. He's coming to get them and free Ian.

ChannelZero_Gallery_211Recap_16
408976

Tall Boy jumps onto the car and starts attacking. The school kids are immediately at the window of the nearby bus and are watching. One of them seems really into it, too... Sequel?

ChannelZero_Gallery_211Recap_17
408977

Tall Boy uses a nearby construction saw to attack the cops. This is horrible.

ChannelZero_Gallery_211Recap_18
408978

And yep, creepy Ian made it all happen. Blood-stained and smiling, he walks away from the scene and back to Jill's house. He's greeted by Tom who tells him to stay away, so he has Tall Boy kill the cop nearby to demonstrate his power. Oh My God. Can he be stopped?

ChannelZero_Gallery_211Recap_19
408979

Tom turns to run into his house, and a door has materialized there. It opens, and a red figure appears behind it. A fresh, new monster from Ian.

ChannelZero_Gallery_211Recap_209
408980

Jill cries when her "baby" creation dies. She wraps it up and then goes to look for Tom. She does not find him anywhere, but finds the massacred body of the cop. What the hell is happening?
