Despite Miranda's setback with the power washer, she manages to pull through and make a beautiful makeup. She's in top looks again this week, though the judges (especially Bryan) don't feel it conveyed Lust very well.
Roy's concept of having Pride come through as a bruised, over-processed victim of plastic surgery, lacks the typical markers of taut skin and bulging lips associated with such surgery, and the application of his edges is rough enough to land him in bottom looks.
The judges felt that Frank's concept was far too predictable, and though his paint job was impeccable, his lack of divergence from the expected - as well as his neglect of the aspect of putting the color orange in his makeup - means that he goes home this week.
Tate was jazzed up about this challenge from the get-go, and he produced a ton of work to tell an awesome visual story. The judges love his non-literal approach as well as the skillful execution of each element of the character of Sloth.
