Warning: If you don't want to know what happened in this episode, don't read this photo recap!

Off to Philly! The team heads to Philadelphia to investigate the Physick house. Back in the 1700s Dr. Phillip Physick supposedly experimented on dead bodies he had brought to his house for medical research. So it's no surprise that the old home is now haunted.

Dr. Physick did much good in his life. He was called the father of American surgery and his patients included Dolly Madison and Andrew Jackson. He was one of the few doctors to stay in Philadelphia during the deadly Yellow Fever outbreak of 1793. But the legends of the cadavers in the basement lend a more grisly hue to the history here.

Claims include full bodied apparitions, objects moving on their own, people walking up to the front door and disappearing and shadow figures.

Dell, a descendant of Dr. Physick, also reports visitors have seen a man in period dress standing in the bathroom, and says his wife is nervous because she hears noises like people are walking around the house. She needs some sleep! Dell wants to know if the ghost is the doctor's estranged wife? Is it the doctor? Or is it something more sinister?

Dustin and K.J. appeal to the doctor for help with Dustin's kidney stones on the third floor. Meanwhile, Jay and Steve explore the creepy basement where the dead bodies were supposedly experimented on.

The cameraman becomes part of the investigation when a medical cart moves across the basement and nearly crashes into him. Freaky!

Steve and Jason go back and review the video footage of the cart incident, and find no reasonable explanation as to what happened.

REM-Pods don't lie. K.J. and Dustin make some progress in uncovering the identity of at least one of the haunts. Clearly, someone is unhappy that their body was used post-mortem for research.

If someone is in the bathroom looking in the mirror, a person in the doorway might think they are seeing an apparition before them. Hmm… Tango and Steve are able to possibly debunk a claim.

Dell reviews all the recorded evidence, including the flying medical table and assorted strange noises in that sinister basement. TAPS isn't able to tell him who it is that is haunting the old house, and all of it is unnerving. Already, Dell's wife doesn't like to stay in the house and this evidence is going to make it worse.

Now it's off to Middletown, Connecticut, where the Alms House and Jail share a property, and share claims of paranormal presences. These were the first ever federally funded poor houses aimed at helping those suffering to make ends meet. By 1850 the buildings were teeming with the infirm, epileptic and the insane.

The Alms House was an orphanage that at times held more than 100 children in the attic while also shackling insane people to the walls in the basement. The death count is easily in the hundreds for the House. The jail next door, built in 1848, was a holding facility with 12 cells.

Today, there are businesses and residents renting the space in the Alms. People claim to see a gentleman in a top hat, apparitions of children and shadow figures on both properties. Doors slam and residents find their beds are disheveled. A bedframe has scratches all over it for no reason. In the gym, a heavy medicine ball rolled 6 feet on it's own. Client Lee, simply wants TAPS to help him to understand what spirits he is dealing with.

It would have to be very small nails to make these scratch marks on the bed frame. Just as Jason and Steve stop to examine this claim they hear footsteps on the stairs behind them…

Tango wonders if people claiming to see an apparition of a little girl right above the statue of the little girl might be hallucinating from too many hair chemicals in the salon. That's a suspect theory.

In the reveal, Lee is relieved to learn about the footsteps in the creaky staircase and audio footage of a child's voice saying "play dress up". Lee agrees with Jason that there is no reason for anyone on the property to feel scared.
