Bad landlord stories are a dime-a-dozen. But what do you do when you suspect your landlord is a witch? It’s 1991 and Matt and his family have just rented out a beautiful farmhouse in Abbeville, South Carolina that comes with strange conditions: don’t move the stone blocking the outhouse and don’t enter the locked side room. When these conditions are accidentally violated, the family begins to experience paranormal happenings throughout the home. When the eerie phenomena become violent in nature, Matt’s family decides to leave- before it’s too late!
