Marama Corlett
Originally from Malta, Marama Corlett began her career as a professional ballet dancer before transitioning to acting. Her first role was in the feature film The Devil's Double, directed by Lee Tamahori and starring Dominic Cooper. Corlett went on to star in other films, including Desert Dancer alongside Freida Pinto, Maleficent with Angelina Jolie, and The Goob with Sean Harris.
Corlett's TV credits include Dovekeepers and AD – The Bible Continues, as well as the dark comedy series Side Note alongside Rupert Grint, Don Jonson and Nick Frost.
In addition to her extensive film and television roles, Corlett has also performed in the West End production of The Children's Hour, directed by Ian Rickson, opposite Ellen Burstyn and Keira Knightley, as well as The Crucible at The Old Vic Theatre with Richard Armitage.
