Good news, 12 Monkeys will return in 2016 with all-new episodes. Even greater news? We've got two new players joining the time travel fray.
David Marciano (Homeland, The Shield) will be play the role of NYPD detective John Damato in 1975. Damato is pulled into the case of a serial killer who has a dangerous affiliation with the Army of the 12 Monkeys, an organization behind the death of 7 billion people in the present day. Damato teams up with our heroes (Cole & Ramse) as they travel back in time to track this killer and find out what he knows.
David Dastmalchian (Marvel's Ant-Man, Prisoners) will play Kyle Slade, a Vietnam vet in 1975 whose mind is connected to time in a unique way. Slade is pursued not only by the 12 Monkeys, but by Cole and Ramse. Slade may just be the key to putting an end to a conspiracy that spans centuries.
