You should totally plan to watch the return of 12 Monkeys on Monday, April 18th at 9/8c. But don't take our word for it, let USA Network, our sister channel, count the reasons you should be tuning in.
Also, as 12 Monkeys fans, we're assuming you enjoy edge-of-your-seat drama and high action, right? Right. So in that case, you'll want to dive into Colony, returning to USA Network in 2017. Let us spell out the reasons you should watch the series.
C - Compelling drama. In a not-too-distant future, Los Angeles is invaded and occupied by outside forces (aliens!) causing a rift between the City's residents. Some are down with the occupation, like opportunistic politician, Proxy Snyder, shown below, while others are raging against the system. D-R-A-M-A.
O - Over the top action, in a world where civilians and unauthorized military forces collide, anything can happen. War is Hell, people.
L - Love. Will Bowman (Josh Holloway), a former Army Intelligence officer in the midst of an occupied Los Angeles, will risk everything to protect his wife Katie (Sarah Wayne Callies) and their family, including their son Bram, who goes missing during the invasion.
O - Opportunities to see acclaimed actors like Josh Holloway (Lost, Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol), Sarah Wayne Callies (The Walking Dead, Prison Break) and Peter Jacobson (House, Royal Pains, The Starter Wife) all in one show.
N - Nelson McCormick. Ever heard of little shows called: Daredevil, 24 and Prison Break? Yeah? Well, Nelson McCormick produced those and he serves as an executive producer of Colony, too. So basically, Colony is kind of a big deal.
Y - You can join the the Resistance too! Explore the map of the Colony, choose a mission and prepare to fight for your rights. Stay ready, people.
Oh and here's a bonus. You don't have to wait alllll the way until 2017 to see the show. Visit usanetwork.com to watch every episode from Season 1.
