Anne Heche and James Tupper Join The Cast of Aftermath

The family of Aftermath has gotten a little bigger as old Men in Trees co-stars (and real-life couple) Anne Heche and James Tupper have signed on to be the mom and dad in Syfy's upcoming series that chronicles the end of civilization, triggered by devastating natural disasters ... and the rise of supernatural creatures.
Tupper is set to play Joshua Copeland, a university professor whose study of world cultures gives him unique abilities and insights that may help him decode the events of the apocalypse. Heche will play his wife Karen, a fierce protector who draws on the combat skills and survival training she received as an Air Force pilot.
Tupper and Heche join Julia Sarah Stone (The Killing, Falling Skies) and Taylor Hickson (Deadpool), who will play their twin daughters Dana and Brianna, as well as Levi Meaden (The Killing, Olympus), who will portray their eldest son Matt.
One big happy survivalist family!
Aftermath will premiere on Syfy in Summer 2016.
