Actor Marc Bendavid, whose character of One is shot and killed in the Season 2 premiere and whose character of Jace Corso is shot and killed in this episode, likened himself to the 'Kenny McCormick of Dark Matter,' a reference to South Park's perennially dying character. And who knows? We might even see him again in a future episode ...
