Season 10, Episode 2: "Child's Play"

Top Looks (Judges):
Anna & Mel (Clock) (Top Team; Winner: Mel)
Rob, Johnny & Melissa (Lollipop)

Our Top Looks:

  1. Anna & Mel (Clock)

We were with the judges on this one. After some considerable tension in the early stages as Mel second-guessed herself into near-paralysis, Team AnnaMel delivered a character that would be right at home on Pee-wee's Playhouse (hear that, guest judge Paul Reubens?). The makeup and costuming were top-notch, and the model was having a total blast, completely selling the character with his charming energy and goofy physicality.

Here he is with his proud creators, Anna & Mel.

He's got a clock face. And he's a Watch Man. GET IT? Awesome.

  2. Ant & Walter (Race Car)

The judges gave this one a Safe, but we liked it a tad more than Rob, Johnny & Melissa's Lollipop Man, if only because ... well, it's Lady Speed Racer.

You know the kids would love her. Especially the boys, who would no doubt argue over who got to be on the pit crew.

She's even got a license plate that spells "FACEOFF." I mean, come on.
