The Faces of Face Off: Season 8, Episode 4

Episode 4 of Season 8 had the artists creating a character based on a face card from a classic deck of playing cards, inspired by the whimsical whimsy of Tim Burton (the Tim Burton who made Alice in Wonderland, not the Tim Burton who made, you know, Sweeney Todd - no blood or Sondheim singing here!).

Welcome back to The Faces of Face Off … and speaking of faces, Episode 4 of Season 8 had the artists creating a character based on a face card from a classic deck of playing cards, inspired by the whimsical whimsy of Tim Burton (the Tim Burton who made Alice in Wonderland, not the Tim Burton who made, you know, Sweeney Todd - no blood or Sondheim singing here!).

  1. The artists were told of their challenge at the Normadie Casino, much to the delight of Kelly, who's certainly not known for her poker face …

  2. Emily would go on to win the challenge, though the process wasn't always a pleasant one. Who hasn't made a Queen of Hearts and pulled at least one stinkface en route to the prize?

  3. All three Top Looks came from Team Laura this week, and when the judges gave her a shout-out, the Season 5 champion was surprised and charmingly humble. Ain't no thing, ya know.
