So asked the troll in the classic folk tale, "Three Billy Goats Gruff," the main inspiration for this week's Spotlight Challenge: select a real-world bridge and design the troll that lurks beneath it.
- Not surprisingly, Kelly loves trolls.
- Veteran creature performer Doug Jones (Pan's Labyrinth, Hellboy) guest-judged the challenge … and provided some movement coaching for the models. For example, trolls sometimes go like this:

Actually, that's the girlie troll created by Ben, who ended up being a favorite of the judges. The self-described "big burly guy" continues to surprise and delight us with his playful creations.
