The Game of Thrones creator is hosting a screening of the first two episodes on Thursday, December 3 at the Jean Cocteau Cinema.
You've probably already watched The Expanse online. Now how about watching it with the creator of Game of Thrones?
If you're lucky enough to be in Santa Fe, NM on Thursday, you can watch the first two episodes of The Expanse on the big screen at the Jean Cocteau Cinema, the independent movie theater owned by George R.R. Martin (seen above in his recent cameo appearance on Z Nation).
Martin himself will be hosting the event, with cast members Cas Anvar (Alex Kamal), Florence Faivre (Julie Mao), Shohreh Aghdashloo (Chrisjen Avasarala), Steven Strait (Jim Holden) and Wes Chatham (Amos Burton), writers Ty Franck and Daniel Abraham, and showrunner Naren Shankar scheduled to be in attendance.
The Expanse is based on the series of books by James S.A. Corey, the pen name of Abraham and Franck, the latter of whom started his career as Martin's assistant. The Game of Thrones maestro has been a champion of the series since the summer.
