SmackDown kicked off with Seth Rollins calling out Corporate Kane, who appeared on crutches. It is agreed that the night's main event will be Rollins & The New Day vs. The Dudley Boyz & Demon Kane.
Total Divas Drama was provided by Sasha Banks, Naomi & Tamina Snuka as they defeated The Bella Twins & Alicia Fox; Ryback successfully defended his Intercontinental Champion title against Kevin Owens; The Lucha Dragons & Neville defeated Stardust & The Ascension; and Bray Wyatt & Roman Reigns faced off as they prepare to battle at Hell in a Cell on October 25.
Demon Kane was at first a no-show at the evening's main event, so The Dudley Boyz commenced with a 2-on-1 match against Seth Rollins & The New Day. Demon Kane eventually showed up, scoring a win for The Dudley Boyz as Seth Rollins scurried off, leaving his World Heavyweight Champion belt behind. Demon Kane then hit The New Day's Kofi Kingston with a Tombstone ... and chokeslammed his own would-be allies, The Dudley Boyz.
