SmackDown kicked off with Kane announcing the evening's matches, which was soon interrupted by Seth Rollins, still livid over Kane attacking him at Monday's Raw. Kane (barely) kept his composure and announced that the night's main event would be Rollins taking on Dean Ambrose in a non-title match.
Roman Reigns defeated Bray Wyatt in a match where Dean Ambrose and The Wyatt Family were banned from ringside, per Kane's orders; The New Day defeated Neville and The Lucha Dragons; Cesaro defeated Bo Dallas; and Dolph Ziggler & Ryback defeated Rusev & Kevin Owens after Owens walked out, leaving his Russian partner to fend for himself.
