Chidi Anagonye, our sweet be-stomache-ached angel of The Good Place, is a good friend who looks out for his friends, albeit in whatever way seems most ethical. Be it internally melting down for years about whether or not to tell his colleague that red cowboy boots are a hard pass, or attempting to ride a motorcycle off into the proverbial sunset to keep Jason's secret.

I mean is that Chidi or is that Evel Knievel? Who can say for sure?

Chidi (William Jackson Harper) tried so hard to stop Jason (Manny Jacinto) from throwing a magic rock that would produce his biggest desire. Honestly, it could have gone worse. It could have been Ariana Grande made of Cheetos. But instead it's a motorcycle that could be painted with Cheetos. Then it blows up, breaking Jason's delicate tender heart, obviously, but Chidi tried and that's what counts.
