Diabolical! The Boys will officially return to Amazon Prime Video for its third season on Friday, June 3 with the premiere of its first three episodes. Sadly, we'll have to wait until the sixth installment on Friday, June 24 to see the infamous "Herogasm" (essentially a Vought-sponsored orgy) brought to the screen, which isn't even the craziest thing we should expect from the new season.

Amazon made the premiere announcement with the release of a short teaser trailer, showing Starlight (Erin Moriarty) and Homelander (Antony Starr) posing for promotional photos in The Seven's meeting room at Vought headquarters. The camera slowly pans in on Homelander's winning smile, while the sound design hints at a savage super-powered rage bubbling just below the surface. It's no wonder as to why — the evil and twisted anti-Superman is still reeling from the whole Stormfront-was-a-Nazi controversy.

Here's the full episode release schedule:

The teaser and premiere date were accompanied by the final episode of Vought's Seven on 7 literal fake news program (hosted by the Tucker Carlson-esque Cameron Coleman), featuring a surprise appearance from none other than Jack Quaid's Hughie Campbell.

Now working as a senior analyst for the Federal Bureau of Superhuman Affairs — led by the head-exploding congresswoman Victoria Neuman (Claudia Doumit) — Hughie finds himself steamrolled by Coleman who insists that the FBSA's goal to hold superheroes accountable for their actions is nothing more than a "sham witch hunt." The discussion doesn't get very far as Hughie's microphone is cut when it becomes clear that his arguments are reasonable and sound.

Coleman then moves on to a lighter puff piece about Crimson Countess (series newcomer and Walking Dead vet Laurie Holden), a former member of Payback (another superhero team that lends its name to the first episode Season 3), who has launched a new crowdfunded charity endeavor to build a chimpanzee sanctuary. Lastly, we learn that Starlight is set to host and judge American Hero, a new reality competition program whose two winners will become new members of The Seven.

The first three episodes of The Boys Season 3 arrive on Amazon Prime Video Friday June 3. The remaining five episodes will debut on a weekly basis after that.
