10 points to Slytherin! Tom Felton teams with Peacock for Harry Potter watch party on TikTok

Tom Felton

His father will hear about this! Tom Felton, the actor who portrayed spoiled Slytherin student Draco Malfoy across all eight Harry Potter films, has never seen all of the first film, Sorcerer's Stonein its entirety for "at least a decade," by his own admission ... That's about to change.

Teaming up with Peacock (where you can stream of all the Potter movies), Felton will finally view the first movie for the very first time during a special livestream watch party on TikTok. The event takes place tomorrow evening (Tuesday, March 2) at 8 p.m. EST on Peacock's TikTok page: @PeacockTV. Prior to watching the film, Felton will answer fan questions. Then, he'll put on the movie and provide up-to-the-minute reactions throughout its two-and-a-half hour runtime, while fans can join along as they watch the film on Peacock.

Helmed by Chris Columbus (writer of Gremlins and director of Home Alone), Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone — or Philosopher's Stone, as it's known in the U.K. — was released in theaters in November of 2001. It was well-received by fans and critics alike, and went on to make $1 billion at the worldwide box office. It was the first installment in a global cinematic franchise (based on the novels by J.K. Rowling), which is now worth over $9 billion.

The son of Death Eater Lucius Malfoy (played in live-action by Jason Isaacs), Draco is Harry's main rival at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He eventually becomes a Death Eater himself, but gets slightly cold feet when he sees just how far Lord Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes) is willing to go to seize power.

"Not even Draco has a clue, really. He just does what he does and occasionally, he has these sorts of inside urges, telling him to do things. To help Harry or not to help Harry. He goes back and forth a lot," Felton said during an interview in 2010. "It's great and interesting for me as a character to play because there is an air of mystery about him. We don't really know what's gonna happen next, but I don't think he even knows what's gonna happen next. It's not a calculated decision whatsoever."
