It's a busy week for genre fans with tons of superhero shows on the dial, a bit of Star Wars, some YA supernatural action, and a nice catch-up with everyone's favorite misfit alien invader.

HBO Max has a new episode of James Gunn's breakout hit Peacemaker, picking up after that three episode premiere (the opening credit intro is worth the price of admission), and Disney+ has a new episode of The Book of Boba Fett. Peacock has the series premiere of the animated YA series Supernatural Academy, and SYFY has a marathon of Resident Alien's first season to get you primed for the premiere of Season 2.

Digging a bit deeper, The CW has a full slate of Arrowverse super-shows, fresh off the news that yet another one is in the works (which aims to get David Ramsey's John Diggle back in action). There's a new Superman & Lois, Batwoman, DC's Legends of Tomorrow and Naomi. AMC has the kickoff of its The Walking Dead look-back series Origins, focused on Norman Reedus' Daryl and his journey.

Set your DVR, fill up your queue, and check out the full breakdown.
