Toss a coin to TV this week, because there's a whole lot of major genre shows hitting this week to start the march toward the holidays.

Netflix's monster hit dark fantasy series The Witcher, which stars Henry Cavill, returns for its long-awaited second season. On Peacock, Will Forte's goofball hero MacGruber returns with a brand new original series bringing his SNL and big-screen character back for a new adventure. On the finale front, SYFY's Day of the Dead wraps up its first season, while The Flash's five-part Armageddon event comes to an end as the series heads into a midseason break.

Digging a bit deeper, Disney+ has a new episode of its latest Marvel series Hawkeye, SYFY has a new Intergalactic, and Prime Video has a new episode of The Expanse's final season. On the movie front, we've flagged an airing of Spider-Man: Far From Home (in case you need a refresher before No Way Home opens this weekend), HBO's network premiere of Ron's Gone Wrong, and a few deep cuts like Battleship and The Goonies to round things out.

Check out the full rundown below and let us know what you'll be watching.
